An independent and assisted living community in Naples has been sold for $148.75 million as part of a $455 million, five-property portfolio sale.
The facility is the 350-unit The Carlisle Naples just off of Orange Blossom Drive and Airport-Pulling Road. According to Collier County records, the new owner is Irvine, California-based Healthpeak Properties Inc.
Birmingham, Alabama-based Harbert Management Corp. says in a statement that the portfolio totaled 811 units and nearly 1 million square feet across four states, with one community each in Florida, New Mexico and Colorado and two in Texas. Harbert completed the sales in three separate transactions.
The company did not disclose the buyers or the sale price of the individual properties. A spokesperson declined to share additional details.
Harbert and the Senior Resource Group bought The Carlisle in 2021 for $101.5 million, according to county records, and then undertook an extensive renovation.
In January 2025, the commercial and multifamily mortgage banking firm BWE announced it arranged a $76 million refinancing package for The Carlisle on behalf of the joint venture.
The Carlisle sits on 18 acres and has 257 independent living units and 93 assisted living units.
