Two quick-service restaurants are planning to open the nation’s first co-branded location in Manatee County. The first-ever Buffalo Wild Wings Go and Jimmy John’s is scheduled to open with both eateries under one roof on Monday, Aug. 18, at 5241 69th St. E in Palmetto.
Sarasota-based Quality Foods Restaurant Group, which has three Buffalo Wild Wings in Florida in its portfolio, will own and operate the location.
“We're giving this community something no one else has: two crave-worthy menus, one location and no reason to ever choose between them,” Kenther Ramos, franchisee with Quality Foods Restaurant Group, says in a statement.
Buffalo Wild Wings Go offers wings, tenders, sandwiches, wraps, burgers and shareable sides as well as signature sauces and dry rubs, through carryout and delivery service.
Jimmy John’s serves sandwiches made with hand-sliced meats and bread freshly baked every four hours. At the co-branded location, Jimmy John’s will have a drive-thru option, according to a spokesperson for Quality Foods.
The co-branded location will be 2,100 square feet, with each restaurant operating its own kitchen. Having both offerings at one destination will provide customers with greater selection in one stop, the spokesperson says. While the concept is mostly centered around carryout, there will be an option for dining in, with 12 seats in the restaurant, the spokesperson says in an email.
Quality Foods owns a variety of restaurants from Tampa to Lehigh Acres among the four brands of Del Taco, Wendy's, Jimmy John's and Buffalo Wild Wings Go, the spokesperson says. The company has hired 40 employees to staff the co-branded Buffalo Wild Wings Go and Jimmy John’s location.
Buffalo Wild Wings Go and Jimmy John’s are within the Inspire Brands family, which also includes Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin and Sonic. There were more than 200 Buffalo Wild Wings Go locations at the end of 2025 and more than 1,400 Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants worldwide. There are over 2,800 Jimmy John’s restaurants globally. System sales for fiscal year 2025 for Buffalo Wild Wings were $4.2 billion, while system sales for Jimmy John’s were $2.7 billion, according to Inspire Brands.
