The Motorcoach Store, a luxury RV distributor based in Bradenton, has begun a new fractional ownership program for those who want the benefits of owning a motorcoach without the full purchase price and operational responsibilities.
"Many of our customers utilize top fractional aviation leaders like NetJets and Flexjet, and they have been clamoring for a similar luxury fractional model in the motorcoach industry,” Bradley Twait, founder and CEO of The Motorcoach Store, says in a statement.
The fractional ownership program is geared toward families, modern business travelers and sports and entertainment, the statement says, noting demand among younger and first-time buyers has grown “exponentially." To wit, the median age of RV owners fell from 53 years old in 2021 to 49 years old in 2025, with first-time buyers representing 36% of owners, according to the RV Industry Association.
“Our new fractional ownership program speaks to the growing excitement and interest within the motorcoach sector that desires access that does not require full asset ownership,” Twait says in the statement.
Fractional shares start at 10 weeks a year for 2027 Millennium Luxury Coaches and LOKI Coaches, with the purchase price starting at $449,999 for 25% ownership. Full ownership starts at $1.8 million, according to The Motorcoach Store.
