Charlotte County gas station sold to 7-Eleven in Dallas for $2.4 million

A Charlotte County gas station property has sold.

The station, anchored by a 7-Eleven convenience store, is at 1680 S. McCall Road in Englewood, just off Placida Road.

According to county property records, the buyer is an LLC named MJN Realty and the address for the owner matches 7-Elevens’s global headquarters office in Irving, Texas, just outside Dallas.

The property sold for $2.4 million.

The previous owner, a San Diego, California, investor paid $1.8 million for it in 2018.
