A real estate firm based in downtown Sarasota that generated $150 million in sales last year has merged with eXp Realty, which has more than 85,000 agents worldwide.

Living Vogue Real Estate is now brokered by eXp Realty, a move officials say will allow the firm to scale the business while maintaining the boutique culture it has developed since its founding in 2019.

“We built something special, but the behind-the-scenes work of running a brokerage became overwhelming,” Mark Coppens, chairman and founder of Living Vogue, says in a statement. “With eXp Realty, we get to keep our unique brand and culture while offloading the operational burden. It’s the best of both worlds.”

eXp Realty is a cloud-based brokerage that offers a full suite of real estate tech solutions, according to a statement.

The transition to the eXp Luxury division is a “strategic move” that will enable Living Vogue to better serve high-net-worth clients while also “maintaining flexibility” at all price points, according to a statement.

“We’ve always had a luxury aesthetic, but we handle everything from multimillion-dollar estates to entry-level homes,” Coppens says in the statement. “eXp Luxury provides us with even more tools to elevate our marketing and client experience.”

More than 50 agents from Living Vogue will join eXp Realty. eXp World Holdings, the holding company for eXp Realty, posted $4.6 billion in revenue in 2024.
