A Sarasota luxury home builder is moving its office to The Westin.

GLLH Builders LLC signed a five-year lease for Suite 150 at 100 Marina View Drive, according to SVN Commercial Advisory Group. Its advisors Diane Lawson and Ryan Edwards coordinated the arrangement.

The 2,550-square-foot office space is on the ground floor of The Westin, facing US 41, according to Edwards. GLLH Builders’ lease started in June.

The Class A office space contains a reception area, bullpen, four private offices, kitchenette and conference room.

A boutique builder of luxury estate and waterfront homes, GLLH Builders had been based on Arlington Street near Sarasota Memorial Hospital, about 2 miles from The Westin.

The owner of the building at 100 Marina View Drive is DK Sarasota 41 LLC, according to Sarasota County property records. Managing the LLC is Scott Webb, president of Kolter Hospitality, based in Delray Beach.

"SVN Commercial Advisory Group, together with Diane, Ryan, and DK Sarasota 41, LLC, would like to welcome GLLH Builders LLC to their new home!" SVN Commercial Advisory Group says in a statement.
