A more than 100-year-old commercial property in downtown Bradenton has sold for $1,095,000, the full asking price, according to American Property Group of Sarasota, which oversaw the transaction.
Located at 519 13th St. W., the building was constructed in 1922 and has been completely renovated into a Class A space that blends historic charm with modern design.
Among the highlights of the interior are exposed brick, epoxy floors, high-end finishes and custom HVAC ductwork as well as updated electrical and plumbing systems, according to American Property Group of Sarasota. The building contains two private offices, a mostly open workspace, conference room, lounge and two ADA-compliant restrooms.
The 3,300-square-foot building also has high-visibility frontage, including two overhead doors with hurricane board fittings and large signage.
Anabella Properties purchased the building for $265,000 in 2016, according to Manatee County property records.
Formerly, the space was home to a marketing firm called Brand Story Experts.
"The marketing firm sold the company a few years back. The owners of the real estate and prior owners of the marketing firm had been leasing the building to the new owner of the marketing firm and that lease ended May 31, 2025," a representative from American Property Group says in an email.
The buyer of the building is the owner of King's Station across the street, at 518 13th St. W., the representative says, adding: "They are moving that business to this new building."
American Property Group of Sarasota Broker Associate Adam Doak handled the sale.
In a statement, American Property Group says: “The successful sale reflects the growing demand for high-quality, move-in-ready commercial properties in the Bradenton area."
