A gated community that will contain more than 1,000 homes in Parrish broke ground recently. Sunchase, a 55-plus community from Del Webb, is now under development off State Road 62.

The groundbreaking will make way for a model park of six professionally decorated homes that will showcase some of the 18 home designs available at Del Webb Sunchase. Models range from more than 1,200 to over 3,300 square feet. All feature single-level floor plans with open layouts that allow for entertaining and indoor/outdoor living.

Sunchase has 1,003 home sites located off State Road 62 and Keen Road, according to a statement. Amenities like walking trails, a putting green, covered pickleball courts, a community garden, pools with lap and resistance lanes, a spa and dog park will provide additional gathering spaces.

A multimillion-dollar clubhouse called the Solara Clubhouse will feature a private bar and grill known as Beachwood Tap in addition to a state-of-the-art fitness center and event room. A full-time lifestyle director will also help provide an array of activities tailored to residents’ interests, the release states,

Debl Webb is a brand within the PulteGroup portfolio. Its model home park at Sunchase is expected to open this spring.
