Valet Living, a Tampa-based company focused on doorstep waste collection in apartment complexes, is repositioning one of its top leaders to prepare for continued growth.

Matt Graves has been serving as COO since 2022 and is now expanding his role to include the title of president of Valet Living. Shawn Handrahan will continue to serve as president and CEO of the Valet Living Group holding companies, while Graves assumes the newly created president role within Valet Living's main operating company.

"With Matt's proven track record of successfully leading the organization through transformational change and a keen focus on data analytics and quality controls, he is well positioned to excel in this critical role," remarks Shawn Handrahan, CEO of Valet Living in a released statement.

Valet Living, a portfolio company of the private equity group GI Partners, was founded in 1995. The majority of the company’s focus has been on waste collection, and has expanded to include turn services, maintenance support and pet solutions. The company currently serves two million apartment homes nationwide.
