Coconut Point is growing its tenant roster. Again.

The Lee County open-air mall, which two months ago announced a number of new openings, has added to its list of merchants moving into the facility this year.

This time the list includes a popular retailer and two new restaurants.

Among those is the yoga and fitness chain Lululemon. It is scheduled to open in June between Butterfly Beach and Warby Parker, which opened in November.

The other new tenants are:

  • PJK Neighborhood Chinese Restaurant. It is opening in late fall in a space between Divietos and Ruth’s Chris Restaurants. PJK is described as a “modern take on Chinese cuisine." It is run by the Paul Fleming Restaurant Group, founder of the Fleming’s Steakhouse and P.F. Change’s brands. It already operates a PJK in Naples.
  • The Real Seafood Company. It is opening in late September across from Rodizio Grill. It is part of a national chain with four locations, including one in Naples. It serves “fresh, sustainable seafood from around the world.”

Coconut Point in Estero is an open air mall just off Interstate 75 with about 110 shops and restaurants, including Target, Apple Store and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
