Two nearly completed houses in Collier County have hit the market and are each priced at more than $9.6 million.
The houses are in the city’s exclusive and high-end Pine Ridge neighborhood and built by Stock Custom Homes.
According to the Naples firm listing the properties, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, the homes are both on bigger than a full acre and were custom built.
The first, and most expensive, is at 317 West St.
The nearly 5,500-square-foot home is priced at $9.94 million dollars. It sits on 1.14-acres and has four bedrooms, a study, club room and four full and three half bathrooms along with an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen and an infinity pool and spa with fire pots, an outdoor kitchen and bar plus a separate sitting area with a gas fireplace.
According to the listing, nearly every room has a lake view. Stofft Cooney Architects was the designer.
Premier Sotheby’s says it is scheduled to be done in March and will be featured in the annual showcase Parade of Homes this year.
The second home is at 82 Caribbean Road.
The 6,500-square-foot home is priced at $9.64 million. It sits on 1.57-acres and has five bedrooms, a study, bonus room and six full and one half bathrooms with a gourmet kitchen, grand ceilings, a climate-controlled wine room, outdoor living spaces, heated pool and a private guest cabana. R.G. Designs was the designer.
The firm says it is scheduled to be completed in the fall.
