A beach property in Sarasota sold for nearly $14 million on Monday.

The all-cash deal for the Lido Key estate at 171 Whittier Drive closed for the full asking price of $13.95 million. The property sale was the highest in Sarasota this year, according to a press release from Coldwell Banker.

The five-bedroom, five-and-one-half-bath home features a smart home automation system, custom built-in cabinets, an elevator, motorized blinds and 34 in-ceiling speakers.

There’s also a gourmet chef’s kitchen, an outdoor kitchen on the lanai and a full bar with a temperature-controlled wine room.
