Parrish, Lakewood Ranch home communities near sellout

A large private homebuilder is nearing the close-out of two communities.

Neal Communities recently announced that construction at Silverleaf and Indigo in Lakewood Ranch is nearly complete with only a few remaining homes still up for sale. According to the homebuilder’s website, there are three homes for sale at Silverleaf and two within Indigo.

Silverleaf, a move-in ready neighborhood, is located in Parrish featuring a clubhouse, basketball courts, two dog parks, a playground and a picnic shelter with a grill. The homes start at $441,990.

The remaining homes in Indigo start at $866,990. This neighborhood features a recreation center with an on-site activities director for daily outings, classes and events.

Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Communities recently built its 20,000th home. Its reach extends from Tampa to Naples with homes in over 90 communities. Neal Communities also recently backed a new homebuilder in the industry with a goal of providing attainable housing.
