Hoffmann Family of Cos. properties brought nearly $200 million

Aspen, Colorado-based M Development closed on a series of landmark real estate deals in October, buying 27 properties from the Naples-based Hoffmann Family of Cos. for about $182 million. Here are some of the sale and price details, according to Collier County property records.
