Less than a year after expanding to Sarasota, the ERES Cos. team is already growing, which is a welcome addition as the company tackles two major developments.
Chris DiBitetto is the newest addition as vice president and managing broker. With 10 years of brokerage experience, DiBitetto is set on growing the company’s brokerage business with a focus on investment, industrial and office deals.
Since expanding to Sarasota in August 2022, ERES has launched a luxury condo development and planned a Hilton Tempo Hotel in downtown Fort Myers. ERES Cos., a real estate solutions company, has 10 offices in North and South America, which includes the office in Florida.
“Chris brings an extensive brokerage resume to the team,” Tom Bradley, ERES Cos. co-founder and president, says in a release. “As ERES continues to grow its presence on the Gulf Coast, Chris will play an integral role in bringing our world-class commercial brokerage services to the area.”
Prior to the hire, DiBitetto was the associate director at Newmark, a commercial real estate advisory and services firm based in New York.
The Sarasota office, which also houses the company’s private equity investment and development division ERES Capital, is located in the Sarasota City Center building at 1819 Main St., Suite 1000.
