A new master-planned community has debuted in Parrish.
Prosperity Lakes covers 1,070 acres with 2,100 homes sites planned. Lennar, the community’s homebuilder, announced Prosperity Lakes would feature 31 floor plans. Town home and single-family home designs are currently for sale.
"We couldn't be more thrilled to introduce Prosperity Lakes as it not only offers ample homeownership opportunities that meet the desires of customers across the home-buying spectrum, but it also expands our offering in North Manatee County," says Steve Smith, Lennar's Tampa division president, in a statement. "This community will become a highly sought-after destination for people looking to move to this area. We believe the wide array of home designs and community amenities will resonate extremely well with homebuyers and give them an incredible place to call home."
The community’s town home and single-family designs start in the low $300,000s. Pricing for the active adult homes, the community’s third housing type, has yet to be disclosed.
The homebuilder’s Everything’s Included program will be incorporated into the homes. The program provides stainless steel appliances, LED lights and upgraded countertops to residents depending on the home.
The community will be anchored to an amenity center complete with a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, playground, walking and hiking trails, tennis courts and a bocce ball court.
