Fawley Bryant Architecture’s leadership team is growing by two.
The firm promoted Kirk Bauer and James Hugglestone, from within, to firm principals. Bauer, the company’s director of sports, will oversee sports-based projects while Hugglestone focuses on the municipal and education market sectors.
“We are thrilled to announce this promotion of Kirk and James to the position of principal,” COO Amanda Parrish says in a release. “Their dedication and expertise have been extremely influential in our recent success. We look forward to seeing their leadership and vision continue to push us to new heights.”
Bauer comes to the role with 21 years of industry experience in design, project management and client relations, the release states. He stepped into the sports-related role last year as director of sports. He’s been with the firm for over a decade.
“I’m honored to play a more significant role and find new ways to support my team, clients and partners,” he says.
The firm launched the sports division to serve its growing list of sports-related clients, which includes projects for MLB teams and IMG Academy in Bradenton. According to a 2022 statement, the firm had completed more than $500 million in sports-related work since 2017.
With 27 years of experience, Hugglestone says, “I’m looking forward to helping Fawley Bryant grow by continuing to develop our team, diving deeper into process development and ensuring our clients and partners are taken care of.”
Fawley Bryant is a full-service architecture and interior design firm founded in 1994.
