A Boca Raton network engineering firm, which provides advances Wi-Fi services to marinas and warehouses, among other large properties, is expanding its business to Southwest Florida.

Now with an office in Bonita Springs, the firm, Madgig Networks, handles design and support of reliable Wi-Fi installations for marinas, warehouses, construction sites, hotels, multi-building campuses, office buildings and other large commercial indoor and outdoor complexes. Madgig Networks partners with managed service providers, architects and commercial construction companies to design secure, high-speed Wi-Fi networks and solve Wi-Fi problems, such as connectivity issues, slow bandwidth speed, lack of load balancing and redundancy, and detection of rogue devices accessing the Wi-Fi network, according to a statement.

“Southwest Florida has a number of technology service providers and installers but lacks sufficient talent to accurately design the network architecture to support wired and wireless communications for larger facilities,” Madgig Networks owner Joseph Voldeck says in the release.

“Just like a blueprint for a building, a Wi-Fi installation requires a plan to ensure proper coverage, speed and security. Madgig Networks is partnering with construction and technology companies to fill this void,” Voldeck adds.
