TAMPA — Vistra Communications President and CEO Brian Butler has joined Encore Bank’s board of directors.
Headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, Encore Bank recently expanded to the Tampa Bay region, opening a branch in downtown Tampa. It also has offices in Missouri and Texas.
“We are thrilled to welcome Brian to our board of directors,” Encore Bank Chairman and CEO Chris Roberts states in a press release. “His leadership expertise, vast experience and unique perspective will be invaluable to Encore as we continue to grow and expand our footprint.”
Tampa-based Vistra Communications is an integrated marketing communications agency that serves government, commercial and nonprofit clients.
Butler founded the company in 2007 after a distinguished career in the U.S. military that saw him work with the White House’s Homeland Security Council and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He also worked in the Washington, D.C., office of FleishmanHillard, a public relations and marketing agency.
