NAPLES — Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, based in Naples, is expanding in the Tampa region, with the acquisition of Sun Vista Realty and Sun Vista Rental, which have been operating along the beaches of Pinellas County for 40 years.
Financial terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed. The two owners, David Grieco and Michael Lynch, will remain active in the business as top sales professionals, according to a statement.
In addition, the former sales office at 19139 Gulf Blvd. and rental office at 19455 Gulf Blvd., Suite 1 in Indian Shores will now operate as Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. The real estate professionals formerly affiliated with Sun Vista Realty have joined the Premier Sotheby’s International Realty team as global advisers, the release adds, “further strengthening the company’s position as the Gulf Coast luxury real estate leader.”

With closed sales volume of $10.7 billion in 2021, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is ranked among the largest real estate brokerages in the country by RealTrends. It experienced more than 50% growth in sales volume year over year.
