NAPLES — The Collective in Naples is bringing on six new tenants.

The design hub, at 111 10th St. S., is already known for its handpicked roster of home furnishing businesses, interior design shops and art galleries. It’s now adding a Realtor, a luxury outdoor furniture manufacturer, a roofing company, an interior design group, and an Italian art and fashion business. And, just to round out its offerings, Warren American Whiskey Kitchen is coming aboard as well with a new restaurant on the first floor of The Collective, which opened in 2020.

According to a press release all six of the new tenants will move in by the end of the year.

Here’s a list of the new businesses:

  • The Earls Lappin Team:  Real estate agency focused on Naples’ luxury market.
  • Frank Ponteiro Interior Design: Chicago-based interior design firm.
  • Casanova Art and Fashion: Retailer specializing in curated fabrics, women’s fashion and a selection of art glass creations from Italy.
  • Saint Raphael Roofing: Roofing contractor.
  • Perennials Sutherland: Retailer of Perennials fabrics and rugs, as well as luxury outdoor furniture.
  • Warren American Whiskey Kitchen: Eatery featuring contemporary American cuisine with a spin on traditional dishes.
