“Our first client moved to Naples over 20 years ago,” Matina says in the statement. “After many visits and more clients moving to Collier County, we realized it was an opportune time to broaden the team to meet the needs of our growing business.”

A financial adviser for more than 30 years, Matina has been recognized for his commitment to clients via numerous industry accolades including the Financial Times Top 400 Advisors list from 2015-2021, the release states. “We’re thrilled that Joe is moving to Naples and expanding his practice to the local area,” says Greg Kadet, Greater Florida Market Head at UBS Wealth Management USA, in the statement. “His presence will create a positive impact in our growing community and allows us to enhance our footprint and continue to provide individuals, families and businesses in Naples, with the ultra-high net worth experience of an industry veteran.”

The new Naples team includes Vicki Baker, named executive team assistant. A Naples resident for over 20 years, Baker is the founder of several local businesses, including Naples Hidden Gems and Vicki Baker Photography.
