Law firm promotes four attorneys to stockholder roles

Three of the recently promoted attorneys at Henderson Franklin are new to the firm as of 2019.

FORT MYERS — Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt P.A recently promoted four attorneys to stockholder.

Monica Schmucker

The stockholders, according to a statement, include:

  • Monica Schmucker, who joined the firm in March 2020 and specializes in tort and insurance litigation. Schmucker is also a former deputy attorney general in Indiana.
Mark Neids

  • Mark Nieds, who is chair of Henderson Franklin’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and concentrates his practice on domestic and international intellectual property and internet matters, including trademarks, copyright, trade secret protection, franchising, privacy, and data protection.
Anthony Cetrangelo
Anthony Cetrangelo
  • Anthony Cetrangelo, who focuses on wills, trusts and estate planning. He joined the firm’s Naples office in 2019.
Jerry Olivo
Jerry Olivo
  • Jerry Olivo, an election attorney who joined the firm in March 2020. With over 80 trials in nearly every type of case, Olivo’s vast trial experience is from both sides of the table — first as a prosecutor and then as a defense litigator.
