The McGuckin Group, a leadership consulting and talent design innovation firm, founded and run by former Jabil executive Audrey McGuckin, has acquired C-suite leadership development company Key Associates. Terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.

As part of the acquisition, The McGuckin Group welcomes the Key Associates community into The McGuckin Group’s Women On Their Way peer-learning leadership development program, according to a statement. The combination of the two entities, the release adds, “expands the reach of both companies’ transformative leadership development programs to women around the world.”

“Audrey’s systems approach to developing women leaders empowers all women to uncover, unlock and unleash our innate leadership skills and talent,” Key Associates President Mary Key says in the statement. “We share a commitment to peer-based learning and the Women On Their Way approach brings next-level skills to my community. I am thrilled to have our team and our members join this exciting venture.”

Founded by Key, Key Associates offers women’s leadership forums and executive coaching. Mary Key, the release states, will continue on as a key adviser to Women On Their Way, working closely with McGuckin Group founder Audrey McGuckin

“Dr. Mary Key and I share the vision of helping organizations transform their leadership approach, especially when it comes to women,” McGuckin says in the release. “We are thrilled to welcome the Key Associates team into our family, and we look forward to moving the needle forward for women leaders everywhere.”

The two companies will join together for the first time publicly at the Key Associates’ annual Key Women’s Leadership Forum Summit in Tampa, scheduled for 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Aug. 25 at the Tampa JCC, 522 N. Howard Ave., Tampa. For more information about the Key Women’s Leadership Forum, contact: [email protected].
