PARRISH — A master-planned community developer recently added a new builder to a community in Parrish.
Lakewood Ranch-based Neal Land and Neighborhoods welcomed builder Pulte Homes to North River Ranch. The news comes as Centex, the community’s first builder, has nearly sold all of its lots within the community, according to a statement.
“We’re thrilled that our first North River Ranch builder is nearing sell out already,” says John Neal, president of Neal Land and Neighborhoods, in the statement. “To keep the momentum going, Pulte Homes are now selling a new product offering of nearly a dozen new floor plans.”
Centex launched homes in North River Ranch’s Brightwood neighborhood. The builder has sold 190 of its 200 lots in the neighborhood to date. When the builder first started selling homes, the average Centex-built home at North River Ranch sold for $230,000. Now, they’re averaging $360,000.
Pulte Homes will now pick up where Centex left off by building residences in the new and final phase of the Brightwood neighborhood. The builder will offer 11 home designs at North River Ranch. Model homes are under construction now.
The Pulte Homes floor plans start around $330,000 for a 1,580 square-foot plan up to a 3,300 square-foot residence in the mid-$400,000.
Neal Land and Neighborhoods currently owns or controls several thousand acres of land entitled for more than 9,000 future residential homes and the supporting mixed-use commercial and retail.
