SARASOTA — A local law firm recently rebranded with the addition of two new shareholders.

Bentley Law, now known as Bentley Goodrich Kison P.A., added Brian Goodrich and Amanda Kison as shareholders. Goodrich and Kison join managing partner Morgan Bentley.

Neither Goodrich, nor Kison are new to the Sarasota-based law firm. Goodrich has been working with the practice for eight years, while Kison has been there for seven years.

Goodrich’s experience stems in commercial litigation involving business and real estate disputes as well as trust and estate litigation. Kison has been practicing law in the area for almost a decade. She’s board certified in business litigation with a focus on commercial litigation involving business and real estate disputes. Kison also has been a frequent commentator on the local news discussing eviction issues.

“Both Brian and Amanda are exceptional lawyers who have worked tirelessly for our firm and for our clients. They deserve being recognized as shareholders,” says Bentley in a release. “I am proud to have them as colleagues and to share the firm name with them.”

In addition to business and real estate litigation, the firm handles trust and estate litigation, land use litigation, public records and Sunshine Act litigation, election law and appeals.
