Fast-growing motorsports tech firm promotes operations director

Digital Lead Performance was founded in 2019.

FORT MYERS — Fast-growing motorsports digital leads and sales firm Digital Lead Performance has promoted Taylor Loethen to Director of Operations.

Loethen had been director of marketing and development and has been with the firm since it was founded in May 2019.

"Taylor's combination of hard work and dedication will continue to propel DLP and our dealers forward," DLP COO Aaron Barney says in the release. "We're excited about this transition and to continue raising the bar in terms of performance and delivery."

Since its inception, Digital Lead Performance has helped dealer clients sell more than 9,200 units, resulting in more than $172 million in total revenue assisted, the release states. It services nearly 90 dealers domestically and internationally as it is now servicing dealers in Canada, the release states. It has some 60 employees. "At DLP, we're committed to investing in the members of our team and placing the right people in the right positions to take the business to the next level," CEO Scott Fischer says in the statement.

When interviewed in May, Fischer projected DLP would reach $4.7 million in 2021 revenue, up 193.75% from $1.6 million in 2020. DLP had 50 clients through the end of May, with a goal of having 100 by the end of 2021 and 250 clients by 2023. It’s already moved offices four times to meet expanding payroll needs since it was founded.
