SARASOTA — Williams Parker, one of the largest and most established law firms in the Sarasota-Bradenton market, recently elected attorney Bonnie Lee Polk as a partner of the firm, which will be effective July 1.

Polk, a litigation attorney, has experience in estate, trust, and inheritance disputes, representing trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries, and interested third parties in trust proceedings, will contests and other fiduciary litigation. She also represents clients involved in corporate, contract and real estate disputes, according to a statement.

“We are honored to have Bonnie as our partner,” Williams Parker President Ric Gregoria says in the press release. “She has demonstrated outstanding leadership, passion, and commitment to our clients and our community and we look forward to seeing her star continue to rise.”

Polk currently serves on the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Twelfth Circuit, the Sarasota County Bar Association board and the board for Cenacle Legal Services Inc., a nonprofit that provides pro bono legal services to low-income residents in Sarasota county.
