Luxury builder names two new executives

Stock Custom Homes is coming off a record first quarter in sales.

NAPLES — Stock Custom Homes has appointed a pair of executives to new leadership roles.

In one move, Jeff Robinson was promoted from area construction manager to vice president of operations. In the other move, Chad Moore was named regional director of construction in Naples, according to a statement.

Robinson has been with Stock Custom Homes for nearly three years, the release states. Moore has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, working on both residential and commercial projects, including previously owning his own construction company, the release adds.

Stock Custom Homes, named the 2020 Builder of the Year by the Collier Building Industry Association, is a unit of Naples-based Stock Development, which has completed more than 5,000 homes along the Gulf Coast and beyond. Stock Custom Homes had a record-breaking first quarter in 2021, generating $62 million in sales, and is actively expanding statewide. The unit is currently working on custom estates throughout Southwest Florida, along with Wellington and Palm Beach.
