Developer pays $2.7 million for construction supply facility site

Seagate Development Group expected to break ground on the project in May.

FORT MYERS — Seagate Development Group has purchased 9.71 acres for $2.7 million, a parcel that will be used to build a new facility for White Cap Construction Supply.

Seagate, according to a statement, bought the site from Harvey Youngquist for $2,760,615. Derek Bornhorst at Lee & Associates represented the buyer, while Gary Fluharty at B.I.G. LLC represented the seller, the release adds.
