If you’re in the market for a new place and have a few bucks to spare, there’s a building going up in Tampa that may have what you’re looking for.

Hyde Park House at 2103 Bayshore Blvd. has just put two penthouses in its 22-story tower up for sale.

These 5,258-square-foot units — the Manor Residences — have four bedrooms, a den and five and a half baths. They also haves 531 square feet of outside space and, of course, water views throughout. The units are priced at $6.5 million and $6.3 million.

But if this is the place for you, you’re going to have to wait to move in.

The building is still under construction with crews currently working on the 19th floor.

A spokeswoman for the developer tells Coffee Talk that construction won’t be done until the third quarter of 2022 and “that would be when buyers are able to move in.”

The dust hasn’t slowed the sales department down at Hyde Park House, though.

The penthouses that just went up for sale are the last available residences in the building. The 68 other units have been swept up with sales, so far, topping $126.2 million, the developers say.

The Kolter Group is developing Hyde Park House. The Delray Beach-based developer has built several luxury properties in the area, including the 192-unit Saltaire in St. Petersburg and the 73-unit Ritz Carlton Residences in Sarasota.

The 70 units at Hyde Park House have unobstructed views of Hillsborough Bay, Tampa’s downtown skyline and the neighborhoods around it. The units, other than the penthouses, are two- and three-bedrooms between 2,000 and 3,000 square feet.

The building comes with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury tower: a resort-style pool, fitness center and climate-controlled storage. The developers say thus far about 70% of buyers are from the area.
