LONGBOAT KEY — Coldwell Banker Realty’s Longboat Key office has achieved over $1 billion in closed real estate sales volume in 2020.
In addition, seven of Coldwell Banker’s agents and teams ranked within the top 20 sales agents for sales production in the local Multiple Listing Service, with Roger Pettingell claiming the No. 1 spot, according to a statement.
The office, at 595 Bay Isles Road, suite 250, has over 100 sales associates. It is led by Managing Broker Ellen O’Day and has agents who work throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties, the release states. The office consists of top-ranking affiliated sales associates and teams, including Pettingell, The Ackerman Group, The Judy Kepecz-Hays/Charles Buky Team, The Abbe Ross Team, Bruce Myer, The Ryan Skrzypkowski Team and The Lynne Koy Group.
