Luxury condo project underway, units start at nearly $7 million

Total square footage of each residence will exceed 6,600 square feet

NAPLES — Construction is underway for a four-unit luxury residential condo project in Olde Naples, where the listing price per furnished unit starts at $6.8 million.

Dubbed Parkview at Cambier, the developer is Frank Meak, according to a statement. MHK Architecture & Planning did the design, with landscape architecture by Christian Andrea, principal of Architectural Land Design. Suzanne Costa Interiors handled interior design, the release adds. John R. Wood Properties’ Earls | Lappin team is the listing broker for the development. The project is at 675 Eighth Street S. 

Each Parkview at Cambier residence will have three bedrooms, study, three full baths and one powder bath in 3,912 square feet of living area, the release states. The total square footage of each residence will exceed 6,600 square feet, including a three-car, 800-square-foot enclosed garage and 795-square-foot covered lanai area. Each residence has more than 1,100 square feet of private rooftop living area with kitchen, bar, lounge, fire pit and spa. Each residence will also include a backup generator and a private elevator from the ground floor garage to the residence and to the rooftop, the release states.  

Other features include custom cabinetry and millwork; smart home technology and lighting systems; retractable storm shutters; premium finishes including Legno Bastone wide plank wood flooring; Cambria natural quartz countertops; and a spacious kitchen with natural gas, Sub Zero appliances, Wolf five-burner ranges, warming drawers, microwaves, coffee stations and walk-in closets. Kitchens and dining areas will include islands, walk-in pantries, breakfast bars and eat-in kitchens. Master baths will include dual sinks, multiple shower heads and separate tubs and showers.

The building’s amenity areas will include a heated pool with water features, tiki bar, rooftop putting green, table tennis and billiard tables.
