FORT MYERS — A local developer is in the process of transforming eight acres off Constitution Boulevard in Fort Myers into an industrial, retail and office park.

Seagate Development is offering one- to three-acre parcels starting at $175 per square foot with several site plans available and including complete ground-design-build packages, according to a press release. Outside storage zoning is available and some of the parcels are right on Constitution Boulevard.

The development will be call called Constitution Plaza. The property is in south Fort Myers, east of U.S. 41 on Liberty Square Circle in San Carlos Park.
