As construction continues to progress at the North River Ranch community in Parrish, the developer, Neal Land & Neighborhoods, has announced the addition of two new team members. The additions include one senior-level official.

Neal Land & Neighborhoods, the Manatee and Sarasota-based master-planned community developer, added Bruce Noble and Jamie Kuca, according to a statement. Noble is the new senior land development manager, while Kuca was announced as land development manager.

Demand has risen for the developer’s flagship community in north Manatee County, North River Ranch, so much that it’s working to quickly release additional homesites to the builder partners within the Brightwood and Riverfield neighborhoods to keep up, the release states. Additionally, design and engineering is underway for the developer’s new 300-acre gate community in Venice that’s said to bring 1,300 residences.

“As we gear up for the new year and eye the exciting developments ahead of us, we’re thrilled to have Bruce and Jamie on our team to support our company’s continued creation of great neighborhoods,” says John Neal, president of Neal Land & Neighborhoods, in the press release. “We’ve made significant progress on the first phase of construction at North River Ranch, and the expertise of these two new team members will be instrumental in meeting – and exceeding – the needs of our home builders going forward.”

Noble, a 30-year industry veteran, will oversee construction operations at North River Ranch, as well as manage the land development process for new and upcoming projects. Kuca will manage and coordinate day-to-day site development at North River Ranch, working closely with site contractors, sub-contractors, service utilities, engineers, site planners and landscape architects for community infrastructure.

Currently, at North River Ranch, the community’s debut neighborhood Brightwood is in its last phase of sales for the remaining 230 lots.
