Manatee and Sarasota-based community developer Neal Land & Neighborhoods recently added three new members to the team.
The master-planned community developer hired Kris Watts as accounting supervisor; John McKay as financial and community development manager; and Alyson Franz ads staff accountant ll.
“We’re broadening and expanding the collective expertise of our team with the addition of Kris, John and Alyson,” President John Neal says in a press release. “As our portfolio grows with new land acquisitions, new home master-planned communities and development districts, and new outside investment, the expanding team will help support and nurture our evolving business.”
Watts brings forth seven years of accounting work from Neal Communities. McKay has experience in asset management services for a portfolio of office properties. Franz is an experienced tax accountant from Pennsylvania, the release states.
The company will continue to expand with immediate openings for land development managers. Currently, Neal Land & Neighborhoods is working on North River Ranch, a master-planned community under development in Parrish. The community will be home to more than 6,000 families once completed.
