RIVERVIEW — Azad Ratzki has joined BlueGrace Logistics, one of the largest third-party logistics (3PL) providers in the United States, as chief technology officer.
According to a press release, Ratzki brings more than 20 years of experience to the role. His background includes stints with tech firms in both Tampa and Silicon Valley, and he has provided technology solutions to several Fortune 500 companies.
Ratzki, the release states, will report to BlueGrace Logistics CEO Bobby Harris; he will be responsible for managing the development, technology and big data strategy at the Riverview-based firm.
“BlueGrace has built and will continue to build 3PL industry-leading technology,” Harris states in the release. “We are extremely pleased to add Azad Ratzki to our team. With his experience in software development, technology strategy and big data, BlueGrace and our customers will see significant production of new software and tools.”
Founded in 2009, BlueGrace Logistics has 625 employees and generated $368 million in gross revenue in 2019, up from $332 million in 2018 — a 9.78% increase.
