NAPLES — Quarles & Brady LLP, a national law firm with an office in Naples, has named 16 new partners, including four in Southwest Florida.

The new Naples-based partners are:

• Noel Davies: Represents developers in all facets of land development, from due diligence for acquisitions to public hearing representation, including state and local government relations with respect to site plan approvals, permitting, zoning, wetlands and environmental issues. He’s a member of the firm’s Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group.

• Joseph Kohn: He has experience in a wide range of matters, from representing individuals and small business owners in local real estate disputes to defending large companies in product liability and antitrust class actions. He’s a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. 

• Keely Morton: Practices in the areas of product liability, general liability and personal injury litigation, and routinely manages matters from initial claims through trial and appeal. Morton has represented manufacturers of a wide range of products including motorcycles, automobiles, medical devices, plumbing products, exercise equipment, lawn mowers, diesel engines, construction equipment, and packaged beverages. She’s a member of the firm's Product Liability Practice Group.
