Popular restaurant chain to open new location in region, hire hundreds

The Cheesecake Factory is coming to Westfield Countryside mall in Clearwater.

CLEARWATER — The Cheesecake Factory, a popular restaurant chain, plans to open a new location at Westfield Countryside mall in Clearwater Dec. 8. It will hire 270 people to staff it.
