NAPLES — Conditioned Air promoted financial executive Tim Russell to senior vice president and CFO, and also named him partner in the business.

The Naples-based firm, with 350 employees across Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota and Manatee counties, says Russell will oversee all financial operations of the company. Conditioned Air posted $56.9 million in revenue in 2019, and is one of the largest HVAC firms in the region.

“Since joining Conditioned Air a little over a year ago, Tim has been instrumental in ensuring that our company remains an industry leader,” Conditioned Air President and CEO Tim Dupre says in the release. “In this short time, he has helped us accomplish a lot of firsts, including our first acquisition in Honest Air Conditioning of Venice and the establishment of a commercial finance program to assist clients struggling through the current COVID-19.”

Originally from Indiana, Russell has lived in Southwest Florida for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Conditioned Air, he was CFO for Fusion Industries and director of finance and business development for its predecessor Stevens Industries, the release states. Before that, he was CFO at Pulte-Knipper, a construction and development firm.

Founded in 1962, Conditioned Air offers expertise in light commercial and residential HVAC systems, including design, engineer, estimate, installation and maintenance of new construction, refrigeration, indoor air quality and dehumidification systems.
