FORT MYERS — Stevens Construction has completed a renovation of The Lofts, a five-story, 80,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care building within the nonprofit community Village On The Isle.
The Lofts is at 930 Tamiami Trail S. in Venice. According to a press release, it was completely renovated floor by floor to provide as minimal disruption as possible to the 64 residents occupying the building.
