TAMPA — Health plan provider Humana Inc. plans to hire up to 200 additional inside sales agents at its Tampa office.
According to a press release, the positions will focus on national phone sales and enrollment assistance for the Louisville, Ky.-based company’s Medicare benefit plans and specialty products. They will be located at Humana’s newly renovated call center at 5701 E. Hillsborough Ave., a facility that boasts an onsite cafe, child care services and a fitness center.
Bilingual candidates, including those who speak Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese and Creole, are strongly encouraged to apply, the release states.
Humana (NYSE: HUM) reported $64.89 billion in revenue in 2019, up from $56.91 billion in 2018.
