NAPLES — Premier Sotheby’s International Realty named John Gleeson senior vice president of development services.
Gleeson will be responsible for overseeing sales, marketing and strategic planning for the Naples-based brokerage’s portfolio of developments in Florida and North Carolina, according to a statement. Gleeson was previously vice president of London Bay Homes, where he oversaw the Sarasota region acquisitions, and special projects. His background also includes nearly two decades as a Bonita Bay Group executive, the release adds.
“I am pleased to welcome John to our leadership team,” Premier Sotheby’s International Realty President and CEO Budge Huskey says in the release. “He is a highly respected professional whose reputation and values align not only with our brand, but with our vision for the future of new development services.”
Overall Gleeson has been involved in strategy, planning, permitting, construction, sales, marketing and operating activities for eight master-planned communities in Southwest Florida. “I am excited to be working with one of the most discerning luxury real estate brands, and a talented team led by Budge Huskey,” Gleeson says in the statement. “I look forward to overseeing the continued growth of new development business across the company’s dynamic footprint.”
