CAPE CORAL — Christopher Alan Homes set a home sales record in 2019 with 350 closings, according to a statement.

The Cape Coral-based company also announced it plans to expand in the region, to Charlotte County and North Port, in south Sarasota County.

The company now builds homes in those areas in addition to Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres, the release states. In Charlotte County it has homes on lots in three communities: Deep Creek, Rotunda Lakes and South Gulf Cove.

“Our success this past year affirms that we’re ready to be identified as so much more than the premier production home builder in Lee County, with a focus in Cape Coral,” says Diane Kerper, Vice President/Director of Sales and Marketing at the firm, in the statement. “As people come to all parts of Southwest Florida, Christopher Alan Homes will be there to greet them with a high-quality home that’s well within their budget, meeting with the lifestyle they’ve been desiring.”

Christopher Alan Homes range from $169,990 to $279,990. They cover nine floor plans and 1,285 to 1,812 square feet under air.
