FORT MYERS — Catherine Palmisano has been named a shareholder at CPA firm Hughes, Snell & Co. P.A.

A Business Observer 40-under-40 winner in 2019, Palmisano joined HSC in 2005, according to a statement. She started as a staff accountant, earned her masters at Florida Gulf Coast University while working and later developed the firm’s audit and accounting internship programs. More recently she’s been the senior manager responsible for the firm’s financial reporting services area, now with more than 15 years of experience helping clients understand and meet complex compliance requirements, the release adds.

Hughes, Snell & Co. is a full-service accounting firm that has been providing tax, accounting and business advisory solutions in Southwest Florida since 1974.
