SARASOTA — The Gulf Coast CEO Forum named attorney Pete Skokos to its 2020 board of directors.
Skokos is a partner at Norton, Hammersley, Lopez and Skokos, where he specializes in real estate, banking and business transactions, according to a press release.
He represents developers and landowners in connection with the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of commercial, industrial, condominium and residential properties. He also represents national, regional and local lenders in preparing loan documentation and closing commercial and residential loan transactions, as well as assisting lenders with loan workouts, the release adds.
CJ Fishman of Fishman and Associates is chairman of the Gulf Coast CEO Forum. Patrick Delmedico of Al Purmort Insurance is vice chair. Greg Green of Green and Associates is treasurer. Maribeth Phillips of Meals on Wheels Plus of Manatee County is secretary.
