Builder, with nearly $320M in sales, names head people exec

Kiley Tyler has 12 years of experience in the HR field.

NAPLES — National construction management firm DeAngelis Diamond named Kiley Tyler head of people at the company.

In her role, Tyler will provide leadership for the Naples-based company’s benefits plans and strategies, HR regulatory compliance matters, team member experience and development and overall healthy workplace culture, according to a statement. Tyler has 12 years of experience in the HR field, the release adds.

“At DeAngelis Diamond our team members come first,” David Diamond, the firm’s co-founder, says in a statement.“ We are honored to have a person with Kiley’s experience and servant leadership heart to lead DeAngelis Diamond’s vision for our team members to be a place that everyone feels like they belong, fit in, are included, welcomed and have the same access and opportunities. DeAngelis Diamond, with $318.4 million in revenue in 2019 and 152 employees, specializes in commercial, multifamily and health care construction, with over 23 years of general contracting experience across the United States and in the Caribbean Islands.
