LAKEWOOD RANCH — National homebuilder Pulte Homes has unveiled Sapphire Point, a new neighborhood of 472 homes in the master-planned community of Lakewood Ranch.

In a sign of the times, the builder gave potential homebuyers a first glimpse of the neighborhood virtually during a Facebook Live event Dec. 12. The event included a tour of the new Pulte Homes community of single-family homes, according to a press release.

Homes in Sapphire Point start from the $300s and are surrounded by more than 60 acres of natural preserve and 35 acres of lakes, the release adds.

The neighborhood is off State Road 70 on Uihlein Road, across from Lakewood National and just past The Premier Sports Campus. Sapphire Point has 14 floor plans. Three model homes will show one- and two-story designs with open floor plans and outdoor living areas.

“Sapphire Point has it all: a great selection of Pulte’s flexible, modern-minded floor plans and well-designed amenities, along with everything Lakewood Ranch has to offer,” says Josh Graeve, vice president of sales for PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division, in the statement.

Sapphire Point at Lakewood Ranch will have a resort-style pool and a clubhouse with a community room for neighborhood gatherings, the release states. It will also have a fitness center, fire pit, basketball court, playground and dog park.

Pulte Homes is a national brand of PulteGroup Inc. PulteGroup is based in Atlanta, with operations in more than 40 markets throughout the country. Its brand portfolio includes Centex, Pulte Homes, Del Webb, DiVosta Homes, John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods and American West.
