LAKEWOOD RANCH — Master-planned community developer Neal Land & Neighborhoods has named Mark Roscoe to its executive team as land development manager.
According to a press release, activities at Manatee and Sarasota-based Neal Land & Neighborhoods have significantly increased with recent land sales to homebuilders at North River Ranch and subsequent strong home sales. As development of current phases at North River Ranch near completion, development and planning for future phases are well underway, the release says.
While the community developer works to meet the demands of its home builder customers, additional land development expertise was needed. Roscoe will work under the direction of Tom Panaseny, vice president of land development at Neal Land & Neighborhoods.
Roscoe brings to the position over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. He has knowledge of custom home building, construction and land development. As land development manager, Roscoe will oversee project site development operations and infrastructure improvements from entitlement to final acceptance.

Neal Land & Neighborhoods is led by John Neal. The company aims to establish communities throughout Manatee, Sarasota and Hillsborough counties. Neal Land & Neighborhoods currently owns or controls several thousand acres of land entitled for more than 9,000 future residential homes and supporting mixed-use commercial and retail.
