NAPLES — Premier Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced two key appointments to its leadership team: Cheryl Wellman was promoted to vice president of operations and Mary Beth Ebenger was named corporate controller.
Wellman will oversee many critical aspects of the business, from human resources, agent management and facilities to legal case management, brand compliance and regulatory compliances for licenses, according to a statement. She will also be responsible for rental division supervision and accounting.
A CPA, Wellman joined the brokerage in 2011 as corporate controller, overseeing the company’s financials during significant periods of growth. She has more over 20 years of experience in the management of financial operations in diverse industries including real estate, law firms, hotel and retail franchises, manufacturing and construction.
Ebenger, also a CPA, has more than 25 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance, real estate development and operations management, the release states. She previously served as vice president, corporate controller at WCI Communities Inc./Lennar for more than 20 years, where she held various roles in finance and operations.

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty had $136.3 million in revenue in 2019.
